SELECTION AND RESERVATION PROCESS:
Once it has been determined that your school group qualifies for funding and that sufficient funds are available, your school will be contacted. It will be the responsibility of your group to schedule your reservation with the Museum’s Visitor Services Department at that time. Admission costs will be paid from this fund directly to Visitor Services, but your school group will be responsible for making whatever transportation arrangements are necessary and providing an invoice for this cost to the Texas State History Museum Foundation. Upon receipt of the invoice, the Foundation will pay the transportation vendor directly. The Foundation will not cover costs in excess of what was indicated on the budget form. Participating students and chaperones may be asked to complete a brief evaluation form regarding their participation in this program.
