Fifth Annual Texas Independence Day Dinner
Honoring History-Making Texans
Van Cliburn & Bill Hobby
March 2, 2009
The Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum
For the fifth year in a row, the Texas State History Museum Foundation’s annual Texas Independence Day Dinner is promised to be a spectacular event. Honoring extraordinary Texas luminaries whose legacies will impact Texans for generations to come, the March 2nd event has already gained the attention and support of many notables throughout the state. Business, political, and community leaders from across Texas will be in attendance to help the Foundation honor Lieutenant Governor Bill Hobby and legendary pianist Van Cliburn as history-making Texans.
We invite you to celebrate Texas Independence Day at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum. Proceeds from the evening benefit the many educational programs and special projects of the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum, the nation’s premiere institution on Texas history.
Help us share the inspiring Story of Texas with generations to come!
