The cafe offers a special lunch menu for your large group when you visit the Museum. Our group lunch menu includes hot or cold choices for students — including sandwiches, pizza, and burritos — and tasty gourmet salads, sandwiches, and wraps for the adults. By placing your group's order five business days prior to your visit, you help guarantee your lunch will be served quick, fresh, and right on schedule.

To guarantee your order during the normal cafe operating hours (Mon.-Sat. 10 am-6 pm and Sunday 12-6 pm) please print the Lunch Order Form and fax to (512) 320- 0468 or call (512) 320-0403 with any questions.

General Guidelines and Policies

Reservations: To secure Cafe services, a completed order form must be submitted by mail or by fax (see Lunch Order Form). The Cafe will confirm your order upon receipt. Your order cannot be considered complete until it has been sent to the Cafe and confirmation has been received. Reservations in the Cafe are subject to availability.

Guarantees: Any changes to your number of guests must be faxed (512-320-0468) to the Cafe no less than 72 hours in advance of your reservation date.

Cancellation: Cancellations may be made up to two (2) business days in advance of your reservation. The Client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation order, if a cancellation is received with less than one (1) business day or 24 hours advance notice.

Payment: Final payment will be due upon receipt of services. If the client is tax exempt, the Cafe is required by law to have a copy of the client's Texas State Tax Certificate on file prior to the event.

Outside Food and Drink are prohibited in the Story of Texas Cafe.
