After being named by Texas Monthly as the best BBQ place in Texas, Snow's BBQ and its equally legendary lady pitmaster, Tootsie Tomanetz, are now well-known to people across the state and from China to New Zealand.
Here Miss Tootsie recounts the unexpected rise to fame as well as what it takes to master one of the premier pits in Texas.
