AMP's Educator's Night brings Austin-area museums together all under one roof and creates an unmatched, one-stop resource expo for local teachers. Free for teachers.
Austin Museum Partnership brings together museums and cultural institutions located in the Austin area. This Educator's Night will feature information tables and break-out sessions. Also, enjoy raffle prizes, refreshments, the company of your fellow teachers, and receive a certificate of participation, SBEC approved.
Designed for teachers of all grade levels and subjects, this free event will introduce new ways teachers can bring local museums into your classroom, professional development opportunities, and unique classroom resources.
Educator's Night is drop-in from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Parking is complimentary in the Bullock Museum's parking garage. Questions? Email Education@TheStoryofTexas.com.
About the Austin Museum Partnership
The Austin Museum Partnership (AMP) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that promotes and facilitates collaboration within the museum community for the benefit of our museums and the community at large. Since 1998, the Austin Museum Partnership has coordinated Austin Museum Day, a community event which offers free admission and includes special programs and activities at museums and cultural institutions across the area. Austin Museum Day is held on the penultimate (second to last) Sunday of the month of September.
