Yuass Berenji of Skull & Cakebones will share the approach behind this locally sourced craft bakery. Stick around for morsels from their Tea Pack, made with local and organic Zhi Tea. Samples will include Matcha Mint Chip and Plumberry cakes.
Matcha Mint Chip: Vanilla chocolate chip cupcake topped with a Zhi Tea Matcha mint buttercream.
Plumberry: Plumberry Black Zhi Tea cake topped with a fresh raspberry buttercream.
