American Originals from the National Archives

Print Page

The Bullock Museum was the only venue in Texas to display some of the nation's most powerful historical records.

Rarely-displayed documents, audio recordings, and film footage from the extensive holdings of the National Archives and its Presidential Libraries and Regional Archives were featured in this exhibition. Letters, diaries, photographs, and audio and film recordings opened new and unique windows onto well-known events and transported visitors to an almost-firsthand experience.

Support for the Bullock Museum's exhibitions and education programs provided by the Texas State History Museum Foundation.
