Join a Museum Educator with the whole family for an online activity that ties in motifs from the film Inside Out. Let it all out as we work together to create tools for exploring feelings. Using a simple jar, make a decorative worry jar and fill it with worries to keep them off your mind and in the jar. Keep your jar nearby every day and don't be afraid to let your emotions shine!
Watch Inside Out at your leisure using your favorite online streaming service and if you’re looking for more films to indulge in this summer, look no further than our film programmer’s extended and specially curated list. The films listed here will spark creativity for family activities and multi-generational conversations that touch on the many ways our feelings take shape.
